บทสนทนา ในร้านอาหาร

 Rebecca :   This looks like a nice restaurant. (นี่ มอง ดูเหมือนจะ เป็นร้านอาหารที่ดี.)

      Scott :    Yeah, it is. I come here all the time.(ใช่,มันดี. ฉันมาที่นี่ตลอดเวลา.)

 Rebecca :   Let's sit over there.(นั่งตรงโน้นกันเถอะ.)

      Scott :    OK.(โอเค.)
 Rebecca :   Can you pass me a menu please.(คุณกรุณา ส่งเมนูให้ด้วยค่ะ)

      Scott :    Sure. What are you going to have to drink? (แน่นอน. คุณ ต้องการจะดื่มอะไร?)    

 Rebecca :   I'm going to have a glass of beer. How about you?  (ฉันจะสั่งเบียร์สักแก้ว.แล้วคุณล่ะ?)      Scott :   think I'll have a glass of wine.  (ผม คิดว่า ผมจะ สั่งไวน์สักแก้ว.)

Rebecca :   Do you want to order an appetizer first? (คุณ อยาก จะสั่งออร์เดิฟก่อนไหม?)       

     Scott :    Not really, maybe we can just order some bread.  (ไม่หรอก, บางทีเราแค่สั่งขนมปัง)

Rebecca :  OK. What are you going to have to eat?  (โอเค. คุณอยากจะทานอะไร?)

     Scott :  I'm not sure. I haven't decided yet. Can you recommend something? ผมไม่แน่ใจ) ผมยังไม่ได้ตัดสินใจเลย. คุณ สามารถแนะนำ สักอย่างได้ไหม)

Rebecca :   Sure, I've had the steak and the lobster before. They're both very good.  (แน่นอน,ฉันเคยทานสเต็กและลอบสเตอร์ ทั้งสองอย่างอร่อยมาก.)     Scott :   I think I'll have the lobster. What are you going to have? (ผมคิดว่า ผมจะ สั่งลอบสเตอร์ แล้วคุณจะสั่ง อะไร?)

 Rebecca :  I'm not that hungry. I think I'm just going to have a salad. (ฉันไม่ ค่อยหิว. ฉันคิดว่าฉัน จะสั่งแค่สลัด.)
       Scott :   I'm gonna go to the bathroom. When the waitress comes back, will you order for me?  (ผมจะไปห้องน้ำ. เมื่อพนักงานเสิร์ฟ กลับมา, คุณจะสั่งอาหารให้ผมได้ไหม?) Rebecca :  Sure. No problem. (แน่นอน. ไม่มีปัญหา.)
